Amy Kotter
Covenant Power: Drawing on the Savior’s Strength

Amy Kotter was raised in Idaho as the youngest of five children and is the proud aunt of 19 nieces and nephews. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University and her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and currently works as the Director of the Nurse Residency and Simulation Programs at Cook Children's Health Care System.
Amy has a deep love for nursing and feels blessed to care for children each day. While her path to motherhood has looked different than she once imagined, she has seen God’s hand in her life and found meaningful opportunities to nurture, love, and serve. An avid runner who has completed more than 20 marathons, including the Boston Marathon, Amy has learned that life, like a race, includes unexpected turns and challenging miles, but being yoked with Jesus Christ provides the strength to keep moving forward. Through Him, we are never alone, and as we walk the covenant path, our eternal destination is secure.
About this class
This workshop is about our relationship with Jesus Christ—and how that covenant connection gives us real access to His strength. We’ll talk about how to draw on His power so we have more peace, more capacity, more ability to handle what everyday life throws at us. We’ll also spend time on how this actually plays out in practice, not just the doctrine—looking at how to apply these principles in the moments we need His strength most.
